Billing and refunds

Wavelength membership is $5 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from the Membership page in your profile. Canceling stops all future charges, and you keep access to member features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Monthly membership charges are non-refundable once a billing period has started, since access to member features is available for the full period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it and make it right.
